Dear Arkansas Automobile Dealers Association,

In 1893, the first successful American gasoline automobile was invented. Since that time the automobile industry has played a vital role in the continuous growth of the economy throughout our nation.

As Governor, and on behalf of all Arkansans, I’d like to thank you for the role you all play in providing good paying jobs and satisfying the needs of your customers every day. Your contributions to making Arkansas a great place to live, work, and raise a family have not gone unnoticed.

My administration will continue to fully support future innovation and technology advances for the automotive industry through lower taxes, efficient government, and common-sense regulations.
